Purchase of Products and Services We collect personal information to facilitate delivery of products and services to our customers, including first and last name, billing address, shipping address, email, telephone number, username and password. In order to complete the purchase of a product, an on-line credit card transaction may be required. During this process we collect first and last name of the credit card owner, credit card billing address, credit card number, credit card expiration date, card verification value ("CVV"), shipping address, phone number, and email address.
